5 cereals flour is stone-milled by the mill Sobrino of La Morra and contains varieties of grains from the hills of the Langhe, limited in production, but of unquestionable quality: contains wheat, barley, rye, oats and rice.
Mulino Sobrino works of our local cereal production, ensuring not genetically modified raw materials and low speed stone milling using methods that enhance the organoleptic and nutritional quality, as well as the natural fragrance of the flour.
We use this freshmilled flour to produce our delicious whole wheat pasta.
