We produce
Our artisanal pasta is made with fine organic flours, dried at low temperatures for over 20 hours and bronze-drawn just as tradition dictates.
Hand-made pasta with organic, special, wholegrain, gluten-free and legume flours
Artisan line
Hand-made tagliolini and tagliatelle and bronze-drawn short pasta, just as tradition dictates. The flours we use come from local mills and we favour ancient grains and local varieties.
Gluten-free line
Certified gluten-free pasta made with naturally gluten-free flours such as rice, corn, buckwheat millet, quinoa and amaranth.
No additives, just flour, water and lots of flavour.
Legume selection
Certified gluten-free short pasta made with 100% organic legume flours.
Lots of vegetable protein and fibre with a low sugar content, for a nutritious and balanced meal.
Regional line
This line includes products that are typical of our area, the Langhe hills.
